Every time you use our check in services, you will be entered into our quarterly sweepstakes drawing to win a $200 USD gift card from American Express^®.

RULES & REGULATIONS

The boarding pass must be legible and in its entirety. Boarding pass must be a standby pass on any airline. Only official airline boarding passes will be accepted. It must clearly state on the boarding pass that you are non rev or NRSA (Non Rev Seat Available) passenger.  Please include with your boarding pass, your complete name, mailing address, airline association or the airline you work for, email address and phone number.

Any boarding passes submitted that does not meet the above criteria, will not be entered into the sweepstakes.

You must have a valid email address. Winners will be contacted thru their registered email address.

Only 1 entry per person per day.

Sweepstakes entry is only thru a successful web checkin for non revenue travel on US Airways^® and US Airways Express^® via www.nonrevcheckin.com. Unsuccessful checkins due to any reason will not be entered into the sweepstakes.

There will only be one prize per quarter awarded. The prize is a $200 USD gift card from American Express^®.

To be eligible, checkins must be processed on or before 11:59 p.m. (EST) on the contest closing date. Closing dates will be December 31st, 2008, March 31st, 2009 and June 30th, 2009. Future closing dates will be determined and published at a later time.

A random draw for each Prize will take place within 10 business days of the closing. The selected winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail within 7 business days of the draw. To win, the selected winner must have had a successful checkin for non revenue travel on US Airways^® via www.nonrevcheckin.com. In the event that a selected winner does not comply with these contest rules & regulations, or if a selected winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days of the draw, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining entries. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Decisions of the contest judges are final. No contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the selected winner. All components of the prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

This contest is open to all, excluding employees of Airline Employee Travel Services LLC, its advertising and promotional agencies, persons with whom the above are domiciled and/or members of their immediate families.

This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations.

By entering the contest, the selected winners consent to the use of his or her name, city of residence, occupation and airline association, for publicity purposes solely with respect to this contest, in all mediums carried out by Airline Employee Travel Services LLC and its respective advertising and promotional agencies, without payment or compensation.

Airline Employee Travel Services LLC reserves the right to: (i) substitute any component of the prizes with a prize of equal value; and (ii) terminate or withdraw this contest at any time, for any reason whatsoever

Entry constitutes permission for Airline Employee Travel Services LLC to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional notice or compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Airline Employee Travel Services LLC and nonrevecheckin.com and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or any Prize won, including but not limited to travel related thereto.
