The primary purpose of our service is to check in Non Revenue Standby Passengers flying on US Airways® and US Airways Express® flights. We are limited to passengers who meet the following criteria:

• An adult passenger.
• Electronically ticketed.
• Traveling within the United States

Passengers who meet this criterion, and use our service, will be checked in via “web checkin” at exactly 12 hours prior to your departure flight. It doesn’t matter what time of day your flight leaves, we will get you checked in. If you have more than one person in your party traveling with you, we will check them all in at the same time.

Once you are checked in, we will email you the boarding passes. If you don’t have access to your computer before the departure, no worry, just print out a new boarding pass at the airport kiosk.

You also have the option of getting a text message on your cell phone once we have checked you in. If for some reason there is a problem with your checkin, you will also receive a message stating so.

Additional mobile notifications will come to you at 12 hours, 4 hours and 1 hour prior to departure telling you how many seats are available and how many Non Rev’s have checked in. We also send this information to your email account. Here is a sample of the text message you will receive –

One thing to think about before checking the text messaging option is that you will receive these text messages 12, 4 and 1 hour(s) prior to departure. So if you are leaving at 3PM, then we will be checking you in at 3AM and sending you a text message at 3AM. If you do not want to be disturbed, either silence your cell phone or do not select this option.

That’s it. You are all set.

Unfortunately, at this time our service does not work for:

• Revenue passengers.
• Other airline employees traveling on leisure.
• Unaccompanied minors. Requires documentation.
