I have 3 people traveling with me in my reservation, can you check us all in?
Yes we can. Just enter the data on our order page and we will check your entire party in.
Will I be the first one on the standby list?
Yes, it is possible. All non revenue passengers board the aircraft first by one of the priority codes (example SA3P), then by seniority, using the employee/retiree’s year of hire. The tie-breaker for two employees traveling with the same priority and hired in the same year is check-in time. One with the earlier check-in time would board first. Guest Pass travelers (SA7P) boarding is strictly by check-in time. So you could have some non revenue travelers ahead of you on the list as described above.
By using your service, will I be the first on the standby list in my priority?
Yes, it is possible. Since we offer our service to all non revenue passengers, we check in customers in the order they signed up with our service. So it is possible that you may not be the number one spot because of your priority within NonRevCheckin.com.
What do I do if I use your service, get checked in, and cannot make the flight?
Call the Employee Traveling Listing (ETL) automated phone system at 800-325-9999 and tell them you cannot make the flight. Make sure that reservations modify your itinerary if you are changing destinations, dates or flight numbers. Also, if you do make changes, make sure to update those changes on this web site.
How do I know NonRevCheckin.com checked me in?
We will send you an email, and at your option, a text message to your cell phone, telling you so.
I am flying internationally, can NonRevCheckin.com check me in?
No we cannot. Since you must show the proper documents (passport etc) to the ticket counter before receiving a boarding pass, you must do that in person. Even if you are flying from an international city to the US, you still must check in at the ticket counter.
